Wow it's been quite a while since I've written anything on here. During the last few months of the year I had a hard time trying to keep up with my weight loss. I mean, seriously. Who came up with this set up? Halloween candy, Thanksgiving Dinner, Thanksgiving Pie, Christmas Eve Dinner, Christmas Day Dinner, Christmas candy. ALL within a two month period. That's like hell for people who are trying to loss weight. Anyways so the good news is I didn't gain any of my weight back. Thankfully :D I just wasn't able to lose much weight. Well with the new year here I have started trying even harder to get my weight down. And I haven't been doing too bad :) I have my weight down to 215lb and my new short term goal is to be down to 200 by Sarah's birthday with is May 17th. That gives me about 3 months to lose 15lbs with is a pretty healthy goal. So yay. In other good news I decided to start measuring different parts of my body to see if I am loosing inches anywhere and ta-da! I've lost 6 1/2 inches in about 4 weeks. Made me feel better about the slight stall I had on the lbs not going anywhere.
So that's the newest with what's going on with my weight. Maybe if I stop watching it so much it'll finally get away from me :D
